Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the sale and use of tickets for performances at the 2027 festival proposed by the Association pour la gestion du Printemps des Arts de Monte-Carlo (referred to as “Festival”).

The Festival reserves the right to make any amendments to these terms and conditions, particularly in the event of changes to the regulations.

1. Terms of purchase

Subject to availability, the customer may choose their seat. However, under no circumstances may they claim exclusive use of a seat. The Festival reserves the right to change the allocation of a seat, while remaining within the same price category, without this entitling the customer to a refund, either at the time of booking or during the performance.

The purchase of one or more tickets for shows involves a single payment:

All reserved tickets must be paid for within 48 hours. After this period, they will be made available for sale again. In the event of high demand, the Festival reserves the right to request immediate payment for bookings.

Prices:

This reduced rate cannot be combined with any other discount and is not valid on premium packages.

Seating plans:

The seating plans are presented on a provisional basis and can be modified at nay time to meet the technical demands of the productions, without engaging the responsibility of the Festival, or entail any type of indemnity.

Waiting list:

The Festival reserves the right, for certain performances and at its sole discretion, to open a waiting list when circumstances call for it.
The opening of this list is neither automatic nor contingent upon the announcement that a performance is sold out, and may take place at any time the Festival deems appropriate.
Inclusion on this list does not guarantee a seat. Those on the list will be contacted, where applicable, should places become available, in the order in which they registered and subject to availability.

Any member of the public entering the venues attends the performance at their own risk and must comply with these terms and conditions of sale, as well as with the safety instructions of the venue hosting the performance.

The Festival accepts no liability for the loss, theft or fraudulent use of tickets or personal belongings. No refund or compensation may be claimed in this regard.

As part of the events organised by the Festival, photographs, video footage and audio recordings may be taken for the purposes of information, institutional communication, archiving, promoting the Festival’s activities and dissemination via various communication channels (website, social media, publications, audiovisual media, press relations, etc.).

Members of the public are informed that general shots of the atmosphere or crowds may be taken during the events. In this context, individuals appearing incidentally in the images or recordings are not subject to specific individual identification.

The Festival ensures that these recordings do not infringe upon the privacy, dignity or reputation of the individuals concerned.
