These terms and conditions apply to the sale and use of tickets for performances at the 2027 festival proposed by the Association pour la gestion du Printemps des Arts de Monte-Carlo (referred to as “Festival”).
The Festival reserves the right to make any amendments to these terms and conditions, particularly in the event of changes to the regulations.
The use of data collected during any purchase is carried out in accordance with the legislation in force governing the processing of personal data (in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 1.565 of 3 December 2024 on the protection of personal data).

The Terms and Conditions are written in French. In the event that all or part of these terms and conditions are translated, only the French version shall be deemed authentic.
1. Terms of purchase
Sales outlets:
Tickets for our shows are sold exclusively through official channels:
At the box office in the Atrium du Casino de Monte-Carlo, open from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. as well as on Sundays with shows (except during the yearly holiday).
A ticket office opens at the venue for paid performances one hour before the show begins.
The Festival declines any liability for purchases made outside these channels. In the event of tickets being purchased through unauthorised channels, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of these Terms and Conditions, the Festival does not guarantee their validity and the purchaser assumes all risks associated with the purchase of fraudulent tickets.
Seats placing:
Subject to availability, the customer may choose their seat. However, under no circumstances may they claim exclusive use of a seat. The Festival reserves the right to change the allocation of a seat, while remaining within the same price category, without this entitling the customer to a refund, either at the time of booking or during the performance.
Terms of payment:
Individual booking:
The purchase of one or more tickets for shows involves a single payment:
by credit card
by bank cheque made payable to BILLETTERIE OPMC (by post or at the desk). The Festival should not be held responsible for losses resulting from the customer’s omission of this beneficiary on the cheque.
in cash (solely at the box office)
All reserved tickets must be paid for within 48 hours. After this period, they will be made available for sale again. In the event of high demand, the Festival reserves the right to request immediate payment for bookings.
Prices:
The price of seats is indicated in euros, including current VAT.
All prices are subject to change.
For tickets purchased at a reduced rate, proof of eligibility must be provided before the tickets are collected. No discounts can be applied after payment for the tickets has been made.
Free admission for under-25s: free admission is available to anyone under the age of 25 on the day of the performance. You must still book and hold a ticket. Proof of age may be requested when your ticket is checked.
Concessionary rates for people with disabilities: A 20 per cent discount on the ticket price is available to people who:
with reduced mobility (in a wheelchair)
holders of a disability Carte Mobilité Inclusion (CMI) or priority designation (not for CMI parking permits)
holders of an equivalent Monaco disability card
This reduced rate cannot be combined with any other discount and is not valid on premium packages.
Group rates: One free ticket is offered for every 10 tickets purchased. Payment in full for the reserved tickets must be made within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date. Failure to pay the balance in full within the specified period will entitle the Festival to cancel the unpaid tickets and put them back on sale without further notice.
Seating plans:
The seating plans are presented on a provisional basis and can be modified at nay time to meet the technical demands of the productions, without engaging the responsibility of the Festival, or entail any type of indemnity.
Tickets delivery:
According to the chosen format, the tickets:
can be downloaded and/or printed by the customer from their Myaccount page or email inbox
Issued at the ticket office desks of the Atrium du Casino or box office of the Grimaldi Forum.
Upon receipt of the tickets, the customer is asked to check that they match their order.
Waiting list:
The Festival reserves the right, for certain performances and at its sole discretion, to open a waiting list when circumstances call for it. The opening of this list is neither automatic nor contingent upon the announcement that a performance is sold out, and may take place at any time the Festival deems appropriate. Inclusion on this list does not guarantee a seat. Those on the list will be contacted, where applicable, should places become available, in the order in which they registered and subject to availability.
2. Conditions of use
Tickets purchased are non-transferable.
Tickets are neither refunded nor exchanged, except in the event of a cancellation (see point 9).
Customers are asked to provide their contact details so that they can be informed of any changes regarding the performance. In the event of a change of address, it is essential to notify the Ticket Office.
In exceptional circumstances, replacement tickets may be issued solely to the person who made the booking, under their responsibility. No replacement tickets will be issued for bookings of non-personalised tickets. The issue of a replacement ticket invalidates and replaces the original ticket.
It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or forge a ticket in any way whatsoever.
The ticket is valid only for the performance to which it relates, on the date, at the time and subject to the conditions stated on the ticket. It must be retained until the end of the performance.
3. Tickets transfer
It is strictly forbidden for any individual or legal entity, without the prior and express consent of the Festival, to sell, or to offer for sale or transfer (in particular on any website), in any form whatsoever, either on their own or in conjunction with associated services, one or more tickets that have been allocated to the purchaser or their beneficiaries exclusively for their own use and that of their guests. The Festival reserves the right to take legal action in this regard.
4. Reception of the public and conditions of entry to the venues
Anyone who fails to comply with the instructions given by Festival staff or who behaves in an inconsiderate manner towards others on the premises (staff or members of the public) will be asked to leave the premises.
Venues open 30 minutes before the performance.
Entry to the venue is subject to ticket and identification checks.
All members of the public, regardless of age, must be in possession of a ticket.
Access to free events (after-parties, pre-shows, talks, guided rehearsals, backstage tours) is subject to compulsory booking via the Festival’s website. The Festival reserves the right to refuse entry to the event in case of non-registration or late arrival.
Once the doors have closed, latecomers will only be able to take their seats during the interval, if applicable.
Once you leave the performance hall, you will not be permitted to re-enter (except during the interval).
Children under the age of 3 are not permitted in the venues.
The Festival reserves the right to refuse entry to minors not accompanied by an adult.
Some performances may not be suitable for children. It is the sole responsibility of legal guardians to check that the content is appropriate for the minors in their care. Under no circumstances shall the Festival be held liable for any consequences arising from this decision, and no refund or compensation will be granted in this regard.
The Festival reserves the right to refuse entry to and remove any person who may disrupt the smooth running of the performance, without the possibility of a refund.
Animals are not permitted in the venues (with the exception of guide dogs for the blind).
The consumption of food and beverages is not allowed in the performance halls
5. Safety instructions
Any member of the public entering the venues attends the performance at their own risk and must comply with these terms and conditions of sale, as well as with the safety instructions of the venue hosting the performance.
6. Programming
Programming may be subject to change (place, time, casts, musical programme, etc.)
The casts are not binding.
7. Photography and recording
It is strictly forbidden to photograph, film or record any performance.
Cellular phones must be turned off during the whole duration the performance.
8. Responsability
The Festival accepts no liability for the loss, theft or fraudulent use of tickets or personal belongings. No refund or compensation may be claimed in this regard.
9. Change or cancellation of a performance
In the event of a performance being cancelled by the Festival, the face value of the ticket paid by the customer to the Festival will be refunded within a maximum of four weeks, to the exclusion of any other compensation or indemnity whatsoever.
No refunds will be made in cash.
Refunds will only be made to the original ticket holder upon presentation of the ticket.
All refund requests must be submitted within four months of the date of the cancelled concert. Requests received after this deadline will not be processed.
These conditions do not apply in case of vis major.
Should the performance be interrupted, for any reason whatsoever, after more than half of its duration, the ticket will not be refunded.
10. Image rights
As part of the events organised by the Festival, photographs, video footage and audio recordings may be taken for the purposes of information, institutional communication, archiving, promoting the Festival’s activities and dissemination via various communication channels (website, social media, publications, audiovisual media, press relations, etc.).
Members of the public are informed that general shots of the atmosphere or crowds may be taken during the events. In this context, individuals appearing incidentally in the images or recordings are not subject to specific individual identification.
The Festival ensures that these recordings do not infringe upon the privacy, dignity or reputation of the individuals concerned.
