Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the event of concert cancellation.
Tickets purchased online must be presented digitally on a phone or printed on paper. They cannot be reprinted on site by the ticket office.
No duplicate tickets will be issued.
Pre-concert events and concerts start strictly on time. Latecomers will only be allowed to take their seats during the intermission.
Photography, filming, and recording are prohibited.
