In the interests of confidentiality and the protection of individuals and their personal data, the Festival must ensure that it can identify the applicant before responding. The Festival may ask the applicant to provide proof of their identity. If the request is made by a representative, it must be accompanied by a letter of authorisation naming the representative and a copy of an identity document for both the principal and the representative. The Festival reserves the right to request further information in order to verify the applicant’s identity.

In the event of an unsatisfactory response, the applicant may lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority, for example the Data Protection Authority: www.apdp.mc.
